Honest answers about cost
Small tweaks — a new field, a changed label, an adjusted report — are covered under the optional ₹1,499/month maintenance plan. Larger feature additions are quoted separately, usually at a fraction of the original cost since the foundation already exists. You speak directly to the person who built it, not a support ticket.
No contract. You pay once for the build and own the software outright. The monthly hosting plan is month-to-month — cancel anytime, and your data can be exported whenever you want. We'd rather earn your continued business than lock you in.
On the maintenance plan, message us on WhatsApp and we fix it — usually same day for anything critical. The one-time build also includes 30 days of full support after go-live, even without the maintenance plan.
